You send us the planned dates, number of occupants and your client's requirements.
Review and proposal
We check suitability and availability and agree individual terms with you.
Owner approval and contract
We align the proposal with the owner and prepare the tenancy agreement.
Signing and move-in
The agreement is signed digitally. We coordinate the move-in with you and your client, including a personal introduction to the apartment.
Rental terms and the conclusion of the agreement are decided by the owner, Christian Wendt. A stay becomes binding once the tenancy agreement has been signed. For agencies with recurring requirements, we are happy to develop long-term arrangements.
