The apartment is privately owned and furnished with personal care – not a standardised serviced apartment. An open living and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, a quiet separate bedroom and a dedicated workspace. Plus a balcony, entertainment with streaming and Sonos, and fibre-optic internet.
Personal care from day one.
Every resident receives a personal introduction to the apartment. Professional cleaning every two weeks is included in the base rent. For anything concerning the apartment, you can reach us personally.

Much is already included. Where you need more, we take care of equipment, preparation and organisation – from a second screen to a stocked fridge on arrival.
Clearly organised, flexibly invoiced.
Stays can be booked by the company, an agent or the resident directly. The company can cover the accommodation, while personal add-ons can, by agreement, be invoiced directly to the resident. Employers don't have to administer every individual request internally. An advantage you can actively offer: the apartment is ideally laid out for two. If a partner comes along, we can invoice Partner Stay directly to the resident – with no extra administrative or financial effort for you.

Lighting, shading and room climate work together and respond on their own – no learning curve required. If you like, you can control everything intuitively via familiar switches, the central display or your smartphone. In addition to the apartment key, keyless access is available.
